One of the Trick -or-Treaters who came up to Officer Steve McFall's Patrol car on Halloween to get some treats. The Hamilton Police Force and FOPA Lodge 19 have worked togther for years to make pass out candy to Hamilton Trick or Treaters. This year the FOPA raised over $300 and collected more than 150 lbs of candy for this event from Hamilton businesses and merchants.
