Hamilton Police Officer Steve McFall hands out candy from his patrol car on Halloween Night. Steve was one of seven officers who were accompanied by members of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates Lodge 19 on Halloween to pass out candy. FOPA Lodge 19 has worked with the Hamilton Police for years to sponsor this event, This year over $300 and 150 lbs of Candy was collected from local businesses to provide the treats for Hamilton's Trick or Treaters.
