This is little one seems to be more excited by the Police Car lights than getting any candy. He was one of thousands of Hamilton Trick or Treaters that came up to Hamilton Police Officers to get candy on Halloween. This distribution has been sponsored for many years by the Fraternal Order of Police Associates and this year they collected over 150 lbs of candy and $300 to provide the goodies for this event. Also seven FOPA members rode along to help pass out the treats.
