This is Hamilton trick or treater wanted to see how it felt to be in the spotlight on a cruiser. He was one of thousand of Hamilton Trick or Treaters that came up to Hamilton Police Officers to get candy on Halloween. This distribution has been sponsored for many years by the Fraternal Order of Police Associates and this year they collected over 150 lbs of candy and $300 to provide the goodies for this event. Also seven FOPA members rode along to help pass out the treats.
