This is little guy was trying to make a quick getaway after getting candy from Police Officer Steve McFall on Halloween. Sponsored for many years by the Fraternal Order of Police Associates, this year they collected over 150 lbs of candy and $300 to provide the goodies for this event. Also seven FOPA members rode along to help pass out the treats
